The tech pre-event check will take about 30 minutes and can be done remotely as well. In this time, we will:

1. Test the audio and visual quality of the video conferencing platform
2. Make sure we can hear/see fine from the position the camera/microphone is placed
3. Test the internet connection quality, both on your end and on our end, to see if there is any noticeable lag
4. Run through any event day procedures (eg. if we need to stop sharing, switch to presenter’s slides, etc.)

(Usually, this dry run is already a part of preparing for any digital event!)
